These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mineph platform, including all gaming products, account services, promotions, and payment facilities offered through mineph.org. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using any mineph service.

If you are using the mineph Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that both you and they meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.
Access to mineph gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

To access Real Money Games on mineph, you must register a Player Account. One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the mineph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mineph will close all but the earliest verified account without prior notice, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be forfeited.
Accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your mineph Account or any balance therein to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, mineph is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued access to Real Money Games. This KYC process requires you to provide:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mineph login credentials, including your registered email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
mineph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, except where such unauthorized access results directly from a security failure on mineph's part.
All deposits to your mineph Wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). mineph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay/PESONet), and selected debit cards. Specific deposit limits and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the deposit page of your Account dashboard.
By depositing funds into your mineph Wallet, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment method registered in your own name, that the funds are legally yours, and that they have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited unless the third party is a jointly held account that has been disclosed to and approved by mineph.
mineph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit that triggers AML monitoring flags, appears to be related to prohibited activity, or is made from a payment method not matching the Player's verified KYC identity.
Withdrawal of funds from your mineph Wallet is subject to the following conditions:
mineph reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts in accordance with PAGCOR reporting requirements and Philippine AML law. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.

All content on the mineph Platform — including but not limited to the mineph brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game content, promotional materials, and written text — is the intellectual property of mineph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mineph Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mineph content without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of mineph intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and may result in legal proceedings.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, mineph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the mineph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
mineph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mineph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. While mineph uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, periodic maintenance windows, technical updates, and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions. mineph will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
mineph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Upon Account termination for cause, mineph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance. Where termination is not caused by Player misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after satisfactory identity verification, subject to applicable Philippine legal requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their mineph Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The mineph Platform is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR, and all gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the mineph Platform, you agree to first contact mineph's Customer Support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. mineph will endeavour to resolve all Player disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, Players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player dispute resolution channel. The decision of PAGCOR in any regulatory dispute shall be binding on mineph.
For disputes not subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
mineph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our gaming services, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or business operations. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered Account address and/or by prominent notice on the mineph Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at mineph.org/terms-conditions. The Effective Date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the mineph Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the mineph Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary Account closure and balance return.
